Casa Atkinson is five minutes from the attractive town of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca, and the 16 km of golden dune beaches to the south. Situated in a quiet location overlooking one of the regions natural salt lakes, there are 5 excellent golf courses within 20 minutes.

Casa Atkinson is easily reached via either Alicante Airport (25 mins) or San Javier Airport (Murcia- 30 mins).

The House

Casa Atkinson is a new 3 bedroom townhouse which sleeps 6. There is a lounge / diner with Satellite TV and CD, full kitchen, one double and two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a shower room with toilet.

It also has a private roof solarium, patio and air conditioning, and there is use of a communal pool. Need to add some detail around shops, bars restaurants etc.

The Area

The town of Guardamar del Segura is located on the Costa Blanca, 35 kilometres south of Alicante. With a population of 11,000 Guardamar is popular both amongst tourists and those seeking a more permanent home. Prettier than other towns along the coastline, Guardamar has a lot to offer, in its history, its cuisine, and more modern sporting/leisure facilities.
